Taguig City – The eight (8) delegates of the National Museum of Science and Technology, Bangladesh (NMST) visited the Philippine Science Heritage Center (PSHC) on 21 April 2022. The study tour aims to enhance the practical skills and knowledge of the delegates and create a platform to exchange relevant ideas and views among countries.

The delegates also made a courtesy call to the President of the National Academy of Science and Technology, Philippines (NAST PHL), Acd. Rhodora V. Azanza. During the call, it was made sure that the cooperation between NAST-PSHC and NMST will remain open even after the tour. The delegates also presented their exhibits, galleries, and other activities in Bangladesh.

The DOST – Science and Technology Information Institute (DOST-STII) also opened its doors to the NMST delegates and showed their different projects and programs like modern library and STARBOOKS.

Philippine Science Heritage Center is under the management of the National Academy of Science and Technology, Philippines (NAST PHL). An attached agency to the Department of Science and Technology, NAST PHL is mandated by law to advise the President and the Cabinet on matters related to S&T.
