The 2024 National Science, Technology, and Innovation Week (NSTW) officially kicked off to encourage future thinking and teach participants about the UN's Global Goals for Sustainable Development
Under the Sustainability Cluster, the localized game involves a set of six blocks and six cubes, which participants roll to create a silly story. After crafting their stories, participants were encouraged to think of ways to promote sustainability. The game's objective is to create localized sustainable narratives, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving to help build a more sustainable future.
Students from various schools and institutions in Cagayan de Oro actively participated in the exhibit, showcasing their creativity and enthusiasm. As part of the activity, they completed a game and contributed their outputs to the Sustainability Tree, symbolizing their commitment to the theme. To recognize their efforts, participants received tokens and exclusive PSHC merchandise.
